Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
